招生要求：
(1) 化学、材料或物理相关专业背景，对太阳能研究感兴趣；
(2) 有较高的英语阅读和写作能力，有良好的学术道德和团队协作精神；
(3) 积极好学，富有创造力，动手能力强，善于自我调节；
(4) 推免生来自双一流学科/学校，欢迎参加夏令营。

工资和福利待遇按照大连化物所相关规定执行：基础工资15万/年，大连市对博士后支持政策6万/年，符合条件者可申请“博新计划”（20万/年）和“大连化物所优秀博士后奖励基金”（一等 60万/人；二等 40万/人；三等 20万/人），以上待遇可累加。出站优秀者可优先推荐留所，获得20或50万元安家补贴。

应聘要求：
(1) 已获或者近期即将获得博士学位的物理化学、材料物理或无机化学专业的博士，原则35周岁以下，特别优秀者可适当放宽；在职博士后可不转人事档案但需全职脱产；
(2) 具有光（电）催化、理论模拟计算、无机材料合成或MOFs类材料设计合成等方向之一研究背景；
(3) 申请“中国科学院特别研究助理项目”资助者，应为获得博士学位3年以内；
(4) 工作踏实肯干，有团队合作精神，善于沟通表达，有进取心和强烈科研兴趣。
>> 副研究员岗位（1-2名，招满为止）
应聘要求：
（1）应届博士毕业生或具有博士学位，30周岁以下；
（2）电化学科班出身，精通电极材料精准可控合成、电化学分析或电催化原位光谱表征等之一方向（1名）；或具有深厚的理论模拟计算积累，精通光/电催化能源转化的理论计算、材料高通量筛选、材料基因工程等之一方向（1名）；
（3）熟悉电催化二氧化碳还原、水分解和合成氨等方面的背景，对太阳能转化具有一定了解；
（4）在JACS, Angew. Chem., Energy Environ. Sci., Adv. Mater.等期刊影响力以上发表第一作论文2篇以上，具有申请国家“四青”潜力。
待遇：

应聘要求：
（1） 具有良好的教育背景，海外三年以上连续留学经历或国内副教授以上职称，35周岁以下；
（2）在光催化、电催化、有机或无机合成化学、工业催化、原位光谱表征或理论模拟等之一方向具有深厚的学术积累，具备独立带领小团队攻坚前沿科学或卡脖子技术的能力或潜力；
（3）影响力在JACS, Angew. Chem., Energy Environ. Sci., Adv. Mater.等以上期刊发表了系统性创新成果，具有申请国家“四青”或中科院人才计划潜力。
待遇：
（1）积极推荐申请国家海外人才计划和中科院海外人才计划，入选后直接聘为研究员，享受220万以上购房补贴（以国家和地方政策为准），享受五险一金，提供具有全球竞争力的年薪（面议）；

>> PIFI for Postdoctoral Researchers
The CAS President’s International Fellowship for Postdoctoral Researchers supports promising young international scientists to conduct research at CAS-affiliated institutions for 1-2 years. PIFI is open to applications once a year from early August to mid-September. For more information, please refer to the website For CAS International Talents.
Supports Provided
CAS offers an annual salary to postdoctoral researchers to cover living expenses and health insurance in China. Each selected candidate will receive a pre-tax stipend of RMB 200,000 per year. In addition, the fellowship provides one economy-class round-trip international airline ticket.
Eligibility Criteria
(1) Hold a doctoral degree in the natural or technological sciences
(2) Be under the age of 40
(3) Be recommended by a CAS host researcher
(4) Be dedicated to the program, with no other assignments.
>> CAS-TWAS President's Fellowship for International PhD Students
The CAS-TWAS President's Fellowship Programme provides students/scholars that are non-Chinese citizens an opportunity to pursue doctoral degrees at the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS), the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) or Institutes of CAS around China. For more information, please refer to the website CAS-TWAS Fellowship.
Supports Provided
In addition to tuition waivers, this program will provide travel support, visa application fees, and a monthly allowance for selected candidates.
Eligibility Criteria
(1) Be citizens of a country that has diplomatic relations with China
(2) Be under the age of 35
(3) Has no other assignments during the period of his/her fellowship
(4) Meet the admission criteria for international students of UCAS/USTC
(5) Hold a Master’s degree before the start of the fellowship period
(6) Has working proficiency in either English or Chinese.
