Research Interest: Electrocatalysis especially in oxygen electrolysis, In situ characterization

Brief introduction of research work:

Wenjun Fan focuses on the rational synthesis of electrocatalysts and the understanding of underlying mechanism using the advanced technique, including in situ XAFS, in situ FTIR/Raman and in situ DEMS, with particular interest in oxygen electrocatalysis. He has published more than 50 peer-reviewed papers in Nat. Commun., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Energy Environ. Sci., Adv. Mater. and other journals; authorized three patents. In addition, he has hosted the National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Project, Provincial Fund, and participated in a series of projects such as National Key Research and Development as the key member of the project.
